I love Fleur Bennett (Mavis) from Are You Being Served Again!
Do any of you Brits know what she's doing now, and how I can
get in touch with her for an autograph? She was sooooooo great
on the show, that's why I tuned in to watch!

WT :D

Don't expect too much, but you can try and contact her through her agent:

Fleur Bennett
c/o Richard Stone Partnership
25 Whitehall
London
SW1A 2BS
England

And if anyone knows where I can get my hands on a copy of the series (Grace and Favour, AKA Are You Being Served? Again!), please PM me. :)

Thanks Aaron, for the info. But why do you say don't expect too much?
I would just like it if I received an autograph.

Thanks WT

A lot of these agents are, to be frank, useless. And the place I got it from, someone had said that they'd been waiting over a year with no reply or anything.

Still, worth a shot.

Fran - Black Books
Daisy - Spaced
Sue/Caroline - Green Wing
Mrs Doyle - Father Ted
Maggie - Extras

Some great suggestions so far. I'd also like to add Sally Smedley, the nightmare of a newsreader from Drop The Dead Donkey, to the list. Oh, and Oz's long-suffering wife Marjorie from Auf Wiedersehen, Pet.

I agree with both of those Esty. Well written characters.

Queenie - Blackadder

Since I first watched that show I have been hopelessly in love with her as a character and miranda richardson.

EDIT: I should also clarify that I make this choice out of hilarity had, and charasmatic brilliance.

Sophie - Spaced
Daisy - Spaced
Fran - Black Books
Claire - Nathan Barley

//Edit

How could I forget Sonja from I'm Alan Partridge.

Maggie (Extras)
Jill Tyrell (Nighty Night)

I loved Nighty Night so much. Pure genius.

Anything by Jennifer (swoon) Saunders.

Kathy Burke. But i think I have already stated that. I like to be repetetive on occasions.

Sorry, say that again Charley? ;)

She said ...

good to see your happy smiling face every time Charley.
