Great quiz today!
I scored 7/10.
I correctly answered 1,4,6,7,8,9,10
I incorrectly answered 2,3,5.
I would be very happy with a Peter Sellers quiz, he had perhaps the greatest comedy career of all from the Goons, I'm Alright Jack and Doctor Strangelove to The Pink Panter, What's New Pussycat and Being There. I'm a younger person and a huge Sellers fan, so I think a great deal of people still know and adore his work.

Thank you so much JJ on two counts! 😋 I'll have to have another try with Mark. Spike Milligan (who I'm an enormous fan of) would be too specialised, but Sellers did so much stuff outside of the Goons and would make a great quiz.
I got 8 and 3. In the main quiz I got the first 2 wrong and then no idea about Bootsie and Snudge. Well before my time.

Yes were it my site, but then I'm a fan and just out of my 20s so probably not classed as a young un anymore. If the BCG is going the way of the BBC then they only want young trendies as an audience now.

All I know is he was in the Goons and the Pink Panther movies, neither of which I'm particularly familiar with, so a themed quiz would likely be one of my lowest ever scores.

OK thank you, but I feel sure you would know more than that once the grey cells started to work that bit harder. 😎 He was in a lot of stuff.
I'm under the age of thirty and have most of Sellers' films on dvd, I would say he was the greatest film comic at his peak.

I'd be ok on some of his early British films. Don't know much about his later stuff. But there's a lot of subjects I know nothing about as you've probably noticed. Doesn't stop them coming up in the quiz on a weekly basis though. Wouldn't be much point or much fun in a quiz if it only asked questions to which one automatically knew the answers.

Thank you, Billy. Yes, it will be across his whole life (not all films), except for The Goon Show, as that is just a bit too specialised. I am a massive fan of the Goons, but think I am an exception on this forum, which is a shame as they tore up the (BBC) rule book and changed sitcom massively and forever, paving the way, of course for the likes of Python, which all that team acknowledge, specifically for Milligan.
And while I'm on this soap-box, it is also a shame that the powers that be (who shouted our Aaron's name!?) don't rate the show at all, despite my trying to interest him/them, but that's another story. 😎
