One Foot In The Grave Page 11

Just like a storyline from One Foot in the Grave, a woman was taken by ambulance and tucked up in bed to the wrong house 30 miles away.

For anyone interested, I've the privilege of interviewing Richard Wilson on the One Foot podcast.

I've a shed load of questions and discussion points already but feel free to send over any which I may not have thought of.
Cheers!

Hey all - I had Doreen Mantle on the podcast. It's available from today.

Hope you enjoy!

For anyone interested - I have David Renwick lined-up for a chat on the podcast very soon.

Should be interesting. I'm well aware of his writing for Jonathan Creek and Love Soup too but intrigued to see he had written for Poirot and the Cosby Show - although it seems that they were adaptations of One Foot episodes.

Apparently Renwick has written a new One Foot In The Grave novel. Has a release date been set?

It should be later this year.

Hey all

I interviewed David Renwick and it's available on all platforms.

A really great insight into One Foot.

Available as a two parter.

Cheers

Here I am again to plug another guest episode (sorry)

Director of Gavin & Stacey (and many other things) but in relation to One Foot, directed Endgame and Series 6 of the show. Was involved from Series 1 as a PA.

I actually find Meldrew quite reasonable and his wife an annoying moaner, but it's a brilliantly plotted show, although Renwick not much good at one-liners.

Are you insane?

He wrote for the Two Ronnies - he is the master of one-liners.

An even better one! https://www.comedy.co.uk/tv/fyi/70/one-foot-special-screening/

I reckon One Foot could be a 2023 Blu-ray release.

I'm just watching the episode where an old school friend thinks he's someone else. Classic mistaken identity and he has to pretend he lives somewhere else when they give him a lift home. Brilliant episode!

Mr Price from Please Sir and also the chap from The Kipper & the Corpse as I recall.
