Hurricane Ian is at 155 MPH windspeed (2 MPH below Category 5 classification), and things look grim for my hometown and its surroundings. It's surreal watching storm chasers streaming live from familiar streets. The one I'm currently watching is parked at the beach where I worked during the summer of 1982. Glad I'm safe and dry 1000 miles away.
