Just googled it - that's one hell of a venue!

It's one of the most stunning outdoor venues in the world. It's been in operation for more than a century and backstage they have photos of many of the bands who've played there. I didn't know that the Beatles played there in 1964. That would've been something to see: the Fabs, with towering natural rock formations on either side.

Jealous.

Flu jab this morning. A bit of a prick.

Oooh! Thanks for the reminder, I need to book mine.

Having mine tomorrow morning. Perhaps we can compare pricks - how are you fixed for 3 tomorrow afternoon?

I'll have to cancel, as mine was only a little prick - didn't feel a thing when it went in.

Flu jab this morning. A bit of a prick.

I had mine on Wednesday. Special dose for an over 65.

Never had a flu jab going for my ? covid next week.?I've lost count.

Yes, I think the one I had was the 5th one...........not 100% sure, though.

Well I got woken by Police in my bedroom at 5:30 am the other day which was scary
( remind me to tell you about the other story last year with the SWATT team who thought I was a Machete wielding maniac on my walk through the park )

Anyway they had come through the front window which was left open to tell us that we'd been burgled
unlike the other time we got burgled the perpetrators abandoned the car nearby where it could be found so that was a good thing, and also alerted the police as to which house had been burgled
All the kitchen cupboards and draws were open And the only other thing they took was my Nintendo switch which really upset me as I would have to start Super Mario Odyssey from the beginning again
But lo and behold all my save data was in some cloud of some kind and my new switch is much better

All was ok the thing I was worried about mostly at 5:35 Am was that my Cat might have got out of the front window, but Chewie was in the back garden so all was well.

Also have a really sad story about a squirrel that same day but don't ask me to tell that one as I'm still a bit upset about it
The Machete one is better

It's a nasty thing is being burgled - more psychologically than items taken. It happened to me years ago.
Every time I came home, I was looking for signs of being broken in to.

No squirrel tale, Machette one, please.

Glad the cat was OK Steve, and one day I'll tell you about my JR (now sadly long gone) who was obsessed with killing squirrels, and was expert at it.

Went to the hospital this morning to have a cardiogram (see how the heart is working), but she couldn't tell me anything about the test (or didn't want to ☹) as my COPD lung disease was masking my heart, and Friday I'm back there again for a pre cataract operation check.

Ain't life wonderful and a bowl of cherries.

I'm going to ask them if they can give me a body transplant and put my head on a young woman's body - that will sort out so many problems for me. ?

I just received the following Email.
"Because you watched Frozen Planet II, you may also like..."

How do they know?

You are always being listened to.
I tested Alexa, Siri and Google by saying 'gas boiler a good few times while they were not being used.
Sure enough, I was bombarded with ads for boilers on every platform.
It's artificial intelligence I know but they are listening for key words.
