Still doesn't address the problem that the ark didn't 'go 'anywhere - it just floated till the flood receded - as it would have done for the dinosaur ark as well.
So they would also have survived.
I think there have been so many iterations of the ark story in cartoons that we're sort of used to it being about "missing the arc".
The concept of the "wrong ark" is not one we're familiar with, so it's hard for a joke to successfully play off it.

Maybe it should have had a leak.

(Waits for the "I don't get it" or "It's not technically correct" or "But the water would run out of the bowl" etc etc ...........................)

I love the way the bull is laying on the couch with his "arms" in his lap

Hello Beaky. Please don't think I've been ignoring you. I think it's a brilliant joke that would be just sensational when performed on stage by a woman comedian with a zip front top.
What's the actual joke? I've tried several times to write down the explanation briefly but no matter how hard I try to be brief, I just can't explain it briefly in writing.
Basically, the audience is led in one direction, then wrong-footed and then hit in the face with a frying pan - boom!
The brilliance isn't in the actual joke or in whatever message it might be carrying - it's all in the effect it has on the audience.
Confused? I don't blame you, I've confused myself now.
(Look how long it's taken me to explain why I can't explain it.)

I think it would be a good ad for the Singer Sewing Machine Co.

Single - showing most cleavage to attract your partner.
Married - slightly more secure, less cleavage.
Happily married - feeling very secure. So you stop trying ? That's a dated view, or are there other takes on this alison ?
beaky what about a PC cleavage cartoon collection with a political slant, that would be a challange.

Plenty cleavage. Come get me boys
Modest cleavage. Married but you never know
No cleavage. No chance.
