just trying to express disbelief that he was the first PM to break the law while in office. He may be the first person to be charged, but surely other PMs have broken the speed limit, jaywalked, or illegally parked their vehicle at one time or another.
Of course they have but they're never charged. The baying public demanded that this time they were after

Teddy may be arguing Johnson was culpable for Covid deaths, as some are suggesting he is. With such vivid use of hyperbole for what in recorded reality is a non criminal offence receiving a fixed penalty notice, I'm not sure there's any literary device or colourful use of language left that could do justice to PM Blair's illegal war on Iraq he got away with scot free.
