"Select all images with..."

Especially Select all images with crosswalks. I don't even know what a crosswalk is.

Is there a meat version of coffee?

By using Google translate to change Crosswalk to German and back to English, I got "Zebra Crossing"

:-)

Maybe it meant Ze Bra

Life goes on, bra.

Not really pissed off as such, just a tad annoyed as to it being so - the inclusion of "er" on'telly, and even with the Beeb Beeb Ceeb news reporters Grrrrr
For eg...........

Surely innovative language contributes more to comedy than literacy, these days ? Init.

My wife lost her spare car key and then locked her only one inside her car. (not in the same day mind)
Toyota cars auto-lock if you walk away and forget to lock them.
The AA opened it in 2 minutes with a gadget.
But, Toyota wanted £800 to supply and program a spare key.
A local specialist garage wanted £500.
EBay had a new un-programmed key for £85
And YouTube showed me how to do it free.

I got an email headed CONGRATULATIONS You win a family trip to Center Parcs!

Then in the body of the email it said Congratulations Your email address has been selected to participate in a raffle. You have a chance to win a family trip to Center Parcs.

So the heading contradicts what I have actually "won".

I thought you guys spelled it "centre"?

It's a brand name - not sure if thats why its spelt funny?
Center Parcs is right though.

Correct, but this is a "trendy" trade name, that is on the insidious bandwagon of Americanisms creeping into the UK.

But posters from across the pond, on the BCG Forum are always welcome.

Thought I'd give you the heads up, so have a nice day now, and missing you already! see what I mean, it's even got me at it.

You OK with "Parc" though?

As I say, " "trendy"....................I thought you had a lot of work on?

It's a trade name - my beef is with Joe Bloggs et al slipping it in, in everyday conversation/posts, like "season" for "series" etc.
