Could be wrong but I think he was a big Fulham fan. That's not a bad idea for a competition - designing the league coat of arms. Or a tie if you really can't draw.
Presumably the winning entry will be obscene, so we'll never be able to use it, but the act of creating it might promote some sense of community.
