Yes, I'd love to know how he got the wording on the poster so perfect. - I know you can draw infinity lines, but it takes more than that, and the looking down on the incident, as against across from the street, at street level is impressive, I think, and all adds to infinity lines going off in all directions.

I hardly think so, given when it was drawn

I thought it was air travel 50's style.
The one gent with a bow tie is obviously American.

Love the elegant style of David Langdon (the airplane one), he began in the 1930's Art Deco and all that.

I v'e read it but don't remember his parents being mentioned?

I assume it's the "it's a letter from Richard" that is the pertinent part.
