That's a great (and clean!) gag, but kind of undercut by the fact he's clearly blotto.

Just noticed that "BAR" is the wrong way round - meant for people reading from outside, surely. If you're already in it, you wouldn't need to be told.

Perhaps not, it might be a long window that says 'Bar for the bald. And as the window is painted green, it can't be seen from outside.

Of course it could be a piece of 1950s political grafiti on the outside of the window supporting the Chancellor for the soon-to-become vacant post of Conservative party leader. A bit like now really...
