Yes, can clearly remember the dark red electric Coop greengrocery van coming around our estate once a week. Then there was some enterprising bod who converted a large removal van to a mobile grocery shop and the other one I remember was with the Pink Paraffin van or the Blue Esso Paraffin van, with the large fuel tank in the back of usually a Bedford Dormobile and he filled your fuel can from either a gallon or half gallon brass "jug", which he filled from the tank.
Yet, nobody seemed concerned about people smoking in the vicinity. 
That apostrophe is worse than the larceny and sexual harassment put together,
