Does anyone want to defend Trump's behaviour over this? It seems indefensible.
It's what his fans want to see.
Why would we expect anything less?
He's been a scurrilous c**t from Day One.
The lowering of America's standing in the world's eyes continues apace.
The sad thing is, we're probably set to follow.
I just don't understand what is happening. Win, lose or lie about the result half the voters voted for Trump? Why can't they see what i see?
If you look like a snake oil salesman, act like a snake oil salesman, talk like a snake oil salesman..then it is no surprise that you hang around with Nigel Farage.
If you repeatedly say dumb things and repeatedly do dumb things, whilst rpeatedly describing yourself as a genius... then you are not.
If you habitually lie, lie about the big stuff, then lie equally about the small stuff... saying "a lot of people are saying this" or "everybody knows that" doesnt make it true.
If you make no attempt to hide any of your flaws, If large numbers of decent serious people who know you well, queue up to warn just how dumb and dangerous you are...Then you do not deserve such an intelligent and erudite person as DaButt defending you.
I just don't see, how they don't see.
They know he's a shelster, but I think they'd rather have a bad man on( what they wrongly perceive to be) their side than a half-decent (Biden's still a politician, so let's not go mad) on someone else's side.
Trump of course is only on one person's side.
Trump did put more money in the back pocket of most voters simply by cutting taxes. Off the back of that conned people into thinking he was good for the economy.
Also he seems to have followed through with many pledges and created this "straight talking" non political approach that some like. A recent poll showed the Economy was the main concern of voting Americas, that's his Trump card. Also some Republicans, have to vote Republican.
I think it's important to the world he does fail, otherwise we might adopt more of that false news rubbish over here.
I don't get why the comedy panel shows or SNL persist in taking a pop at Trump. The man is so far beyond parody to make fun of. He has a complete lack of self awareness, and is nothing more than a sexist, boorish, loud mouthed yob with no compassion, and zero empathy for any human being. Any form of culture or good taste is anathema and an alien concept to him. He is politically illiterate and makes the Kardashian clan look like a step up the evolutionary ladder.
He's now just randomly declaring victory in states he is currently losing in.
And I though Biden was the one with dementia.
The man has not one shred of decency or humility in his body
I'm not winning? Go to court
Pathetic
Total embarrassment to America
Having a job in the USA is essential. There's nothing like the NHS.I can understand ordinary people voting for someone who promises them, regardless of how awful a person he is.
What's gobsmacked me is that the Dems didn't have anyone better than Biden. The only good thing you can say about him is that he's not Trump ,which may not be enough for him to win.

They could have had Bernie Sanders, but he is too principled to become a political whore of the oligarchs, so the Dems selected lousy Joe Biden, whose sole appeal is indeed only that he's not Trump. Candidate Bernie would've been vilified by the media far more harshly than Corbyn experienced.
The election outcome ball now approaches the court of Amy Coney Barrett. She can choose to respect the voice of the people, or she can choose to betray the US Constitution by deciding that votes (received on election day, but) counted after election day are invalid. It's a dilemma for her, Her nomination/appointment were rushed through by Trump for precisely this scenario.

Bernie Sanders didn't get the nomination, because he didn't win it! He is a Jewish, a socialist and an atheist. None of these are actually bad things in my view, but any one of them would be enough to deny him victory in a US November presidential election. Biden was the right choice for the Democrats. He is decent, intelligent and competent, everything Trump is not. Hopefully, things will move decisively in Biden's favour today (Thursday). It's not in the bag yet.
In some US states, Republican protesters are reportedly shouting, "Stop the count!" (at least, that's what I think they said?) An interesting interpretation of the democratic process isn't it? "Stop the count, before the results reveal my side hasn't won!" Surely if they stopped the count now or at almost any other stage in the process, Biden would win anyway?
Biden has won more votes than any other candidate in US electoral history.
I think you selectively choose to believe which bits are true.
But this may rumble on for quite a while - especially the fraud claims.
There are documents surfacing showing that all ballot slips were watermarked and hundreds of thousands - maybe millions of slips did not have the watermark.
It's even been claimed that in some states, more votes were registered than sent out ie the jokingly 120% turnout.
If there is any substance in this it will be very interesting.

What exactly did I write then that wasn't true? Be specific.
And where are you getting this ballot paper stuff from?
You need to read better - I didn't say what you said wasn't true - I said you were selective, which is true.
The ballot papers had a watermark of a poppy but it wasn't declared. So the copiers didn't realise it was there.
