I've just found out that he's been on stage with Cindy Kent, formerly of the Settlers and more recently a Church of England vicar.
Watching him on his Sky "Comedy Legends" series (while it's an added freebie in my Virgin package) and am sorry to say he's looking a bit frail...................what with recent deaths. Just sayin'
He is 85, same age as Michael Parkinson who I saw on BBC Breakfast this morning, looking ancient.

Yes I saw him at Richmond Theatre, Surrey, at the end of last year for a recording of ISIHAC.
He came on stage with the aid of a walking stick and was a little hard of hearing, on occasions duplicating an answer that one of the others had given a few seconds earlier.
The man is a comedy legend himself. The people he hasn't written for or worked with are not worth mentioning.
