It's a decent idea, but the overall apporach is slack. The idea of Mihcael Evis finding his cows bonged out is a good one. But the approach feels crude, and like it's reaching for obvious humour.
Try reading Private Eye, The Onion or old Punch. With this kind of article, it;s best to start pretty normal, and then go screaming off into mad places.

I'm sure if you sent in a spoof news report it would be looked at. If the editor likes it I'm sure it would get published on the site.
