Any predictions on how long it will be until he is removed on the grounds of mental incapacitation? https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/apr/23/trump-coronavirus-treatment-disinfectant

I see the lectern Dr Birx is speaking from has "The White House,Washington" written on it.
Don't they know where they are?

What a BRILLIANT press conference - it really cheered me up again. :)

I've been injecting this and it hasn't done me any harm whatsoever:

Happy Rama Lama Ding Dong Everybody. Wave

It looks like the fires in the woods around the nuclear plant have been put out but that radiation levels are massively high there. Funny how it got barely little coverage. Funny how they decided to grow woods which could catch light there in the first place. Hope they don't do it again. It was said the fires were started by fantasy gamers. Isn't everything these days!

It isn't known whether the winds will blow big radiation across the globe but in some ways the lack of information does align with what happened in 1986 when the entire plant almost went up . Younger readers might like to know that no one spoke about it except to ask briefly if it was ok to eat lamb from Welsh radioactive sheep - we decided yes - and also "Why shouldn't you wear Russian underpants? Because Chernobyl fallout". And that was that. Nothing else whatsoever.

Happy times!

I wondered the very same thing.

Björn Ulvaeus (one quarter of ABBA) is 75 today.

He was married to Agnetha (another quarter of ABBA).

Do I envy him?

Not half! Laughing out loud

Bill Roache ("Coronation Street" legend) is 88 today.

He appeared in the very first episode of the iconic soap, in 1960.

Exceptionally good-looking bloke for his age, wouldn't you say?

He was the answer to a question on mastermind about 3 seconds after I read that post...

Since when is Donald Trump a member of these forums? I don't think people here are as dumb as you like to assume.

It went over my head I must admit.
But I think the last time I watched it would have been around 1960.

Elsie?

Correct!

(I would also have accepted "Dennis") Laughing out loud

God knows what this is all about, but then, I don't watch soaps.
