I was too. Cludgie was in the back of my head and then I googled it to make sure it was right. In truth, it is probably more a word for a room with a bog in it rather than the throne itself - the type that would have a chain on the latter rather than a handle. But then posh people say "I am going to the bathroom" when they mean heading for what is in effect a cubicle inside a house so it counts. Incidentally, I have just found out it is Scottish but I don't think Scotland was where I heard it.
