Hello All

I would like to introduce myself, I'm from the U.S. and love Brit Coms.
Although I have to say I'm only familar with a select few, because the
only ones we get here are on PBS or certain cable channels. Some of my
very favorites are Keeping Up Appearances, just love Patricia Routledge!!
Also Are You Being Served, Last of the Summer Wine, and Mr. Bean love
Rowan Atkinson, immensly talented man!! I love to travel in europe and
have traveled western europe as well as eastern europe. I love the english
countryside, especially the Cotswolds.

I hope to get to know everone, any questions feel free to ask.

Just a fan, have been one for years, and have had the privilege of meeting
Patricia Routledge, and also Charlotte Church, and would love to meet Rowan
Atkinson someday!! If anyone has any contacts to Rowan or the characters from

If you're thinking of visiting Britain, if you time your trip right you might be able to go watch Last of the Summer Wine actually being filmed. You'd need to visit Holmfirth on the right day. Trouble is I'm not sure when the next filming will be, sorry.

Rowan Atkinson is going to be out and about quite a lot this year promoting his new Mr Bean film. No doubt he'll be heading to the States at some point so watch out for that (I think the US release date is delayed so it'll be later in the year).

If you want to write to Rowan you can get in touch with him via his agent... www.pbjmgt.co.uk/clients/rowan-atkinson. Be warned though, PBJ represent quite a few of Britain's top comedy stars so it might take them a while to pass on your letter.
