Never heard that before! I like it. Robert Fripp on lead guitar!

What album was it on?

I crowdfunded the last Damned album and that took forever to be completed after the target was reached.

I think it's a non album single that flopped big time. It will be on the forthcoming Damned compilation though.

Prog, rock, punk, ska, reggae,...
...standalones.

Everyone has a few favourite songs that are what other people loosely term as 'Crass' but I like them because they either remind me of something or I just love them anyway. Here's my top 5

The Night Chicago Died -Paper Lace - I actually like the story in the song)

Chattanooga Choo Choo - I love how it evokes an entire era

Alfie -Cilla Black I despised Cilla Black, she came from the slums but stood next to Thatcher . That said this is an amazing song sung the way I suspect the writers could only dream of

Oh Babe what would you say- Hurricane Smith . I just love this to bits

Moving Out Carol Bayer Sager This song has some of the best succinctly placed observations of another person that I have ever heard and I love it.

Some good stuff coming out of Australia and NZ these days.

Yes but this is not one of them :) not that it's not good but it's not from the Anzacs
