Quote: Briosaid @ 27th April 2019, 8:50 PMThe only alarm I'd sound is that if I see a very long post, I skim read it for quickness so probably don't get all the finer points.
Fair enough but couples who by nature are insular and self-obsessed, albeit times two, spend hours making passionate love to each other and in the breaks manage to dash off a quick tweet for everyone else often of an angry nature. In contrast, the unerringly singular have a regular quick - some might call it a tweet like - ejaculation, literal, so as to spend hours making loving and passionately lengthy paragraphs for the world.
It is for you to decide which of these resides in the dinosaur fifties and which is in the true spirit of the sixties if it hadn't been obliterated by sexual consumerism as a disguise for keeping everyone in a grey post war doff-yer-cap-for-ever-more hold, But life isn't always what it seems it is, particularly from the perspectives of essential literary devices or totally unnecessary copulation which claims to be lurve only until bitter divorce.
Cheers.

(my chosen epitaph : "the moment people ludicrously started to say I was an intellectual - when it happened I thought it was utterly bizarre and that they were joking : I was genuinely shocked when it turned out that they were not - was the one when I knew society had BIG problems" - to this day this oik can't fathom how weirdly things turned out this way)
