Wow, our awesome Parliament has "taken control" and managed of eight options to agree on f**k all. Such is the greedy baby in every so called modern adult. Ha ha ha ha ha ha. Bloody tripe - the lot of them.
I read the news today oh boy! Page 2,025
All of which shows it was bloody nonsense to start all this crap.
All this goes to show is that we can never accept the result of any election in future.
I have tonight written to my MP who is quite good actually asking him to pass on my congratulations for the superb performance of clowning in Parliament tonight which is better than anything I have experienced at a circus (B) noting that we now have clear proof of the lack of adult development in these generations in an "only my way counts" greedy world - I believe the term is kidult and (C) formally requesting that compulsory lessons be introduced in school ahead of citizenship on the art of consensus and compromise which as a skill is now as rare as the ability to play Rachmaninov's 2nd with a blindfold on and two hands tied to the nearest tree.
It was quite interesting that the first MP out of the madhouse and onto the airwaves with her own agenda was Jess Phillips whose lies about the number of midwives in her constituency - she said 1 - were factually wrong by about 17 to 1 while we never quite got to the bottom of whether her impassioned story that "homeless" people were being really being thrown out of the Birmingham Travelodge to make way for Crufts. Expect her to be hosting her own phone-in show very soon with or without shitzus.

I don't think they are acting like children in this case. Their future depends on their constituency - and they all want different things.

Aren't adults capable of finding common ground ? Capable of respecting each others views ? Currently they have a big "If I can't have it all, then I'm going to mess is up for you." kinda approach. Childish. That approach didn't work for the IRA and UDA, they eventually found common ground. There's nothing "grown up" about UK or American politics of late. There needs to be consequences for MPs, you can't just promise £350 million a year to trick 1.2 million NHS workers into voting for you, without consequences. MPs have projected blame onto the public, for the lack of trust in MPs, simply because many of us aren't happy voting for lies. Trump isn't the only big baby balloon currently.
For reasons totally unknown to anybody else in the universe, Cook County state's attorney Kim Foxx has allowed Jussie Smollett to walk away from sixteen felony charges relating to his false reports of racist assault.

Not entirely sure that race-based insinuation is warranted, helpful, or remotely desired, Rood Eye. Rein it in.

The whole incident and ensuing uproar is race-based. That said, I doubt race had anything to do with the decision. It's just as likely that Michelle Obama's former aide had something to do with it.
Boris Johnson is all over the place, he's like a Push Me Pull Me off Dr Doolittle. All he wants to be in in charge and as he has neither morals or loyalty he would happen lead he Remainers if the job popped up and guaranteed him getting the job.
I'm now rethinking what was to be my forthcoming "Rivers of Blood 2020" thread.
It's not going to go down well, is it?
Okay, I'll shelve it.

Don't you have strong opinions on things?

Yes, I think they should continue to manufacture and sell Tooty Frooties but the bastards have decided to stop making them.
I feel the same way. To this day I will not forgive those bastards at Cadbury's for discontinuing the Fry's Cream Egg (WHICH WAS FAR SUPERIOR!!! to their Creme Egg) when they took them over.
And so, when I now hear people griping about the cut-backs that Kraft are making to Cadbury's since they took them over, I say "F**king good job!"
Here's the only photo I can find of this delicacy.
I have just tabled an amendment to replace Parliament with the Dooleys on repeat play until the end of time. This commands a majority of the British public. I know because I am personally in touch with every one:
