What are you listening to now? Page 1,322

Listening to Madam George by Van the man with a J and writing does it get any better? I love Astral weeks and Ballerina was originally my favourite track but in the end Madam George became my favourite Van track of all time, lovely song.

I listened to some Van today too, The Healing Game. I never go too long without playing something by him, and never get tired of him.

Nice Swan George I find the Healing Game very therapeutic.

Teddy Pendergrass. He had a very interesting musical career, didn't he. Love TKO is on atm. Was listening to Maze before this and got to Joy and Pain (are like sunshine and rain) <--- that one...and remembered Teddy did a song called Joy, so went to listen to him instead. It's all 70s/80s in here today, I tell ya. Now he's singing The Love I Lost...so I'll be listening to Sybil's version with West End in a bit. Omg, I LOVED Sybil!

If I'm still 'on it' when the kids are in tonight...they'll do their usual...oh this is a cute song, mum. Then, after a few hours of it, they'll be all...can you turn it off, I'm trying to listen to people on YouTube while they react to other people on YouTube reacting to even more people on YouTube. Bizarre world we live in now. If I don't find things for my youngest to do, she relaxes into a dribbling stare, whilst watching OTHER people fart-arse about on Minecraft for hours. I, personally, could watch that cat riding his bike and crashing a MILLION times. Far more productive, if you ask me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yD9ABUUTD-4 Sorry, I went a little off topic, but I started well. :-/
So here's a link to Candi Staton singing Young Hearts to make up for it. I'm wriggling about to it as I type. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvW4LWjUWkE

Just finished listening to 8 + minutes of sheer heaven..............................

One of the greatest rock anthems ever, not to mention one of the greatest rock videos.

sheer heaven.

"Bat of of Hell" is Heaven ? Or do you mean it's "really sick" ? Who calls themselves "Meat Loaf" ? Well unless his band is "The Gravy Train." and his guitarist is called Egg soufflé. Nice song though.

Genuinely nice and far from obvious which is good, plus on 43 posts a happy welcome to you partner. Having typically said as little, it isn't the best current Brazilian trans-sexual singer who chose the name of an England footballer, is it? This is - and H'Radish gives it all an initial Beta double plus with plenty of scope to go up to A minus. Sounds like Summer 2019:

You are terribly welcome.

But what do I know? I'm just a teen on purple lean and drill videos who sucks the penis of white moneyed America and pisses on one of nature's greatest phenomenons of all time - the all supportive, stable and hard working Jamaican mother. Luckily I have Lord and Lady Chakra-Ponsonby, Lib Dem/Green to argue in the courts for my artistic expression.

That's a really unusual one - I have never heard it before.

One of the most beautiful songs performed by David Bowie was written by the guy that was born in Ukraine :) - Dimitri Tiomkin.
Some time ago I downloaded its sheet music to understand the chords progression, saw the composer name and was very surprised. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=YsqlXkkEKxI
