Seinfeld To Make TV Comeback
I am liking the idea already.
I'm not sure if it will be good but I'm all up for finding out.
I reckon the two programmes will be carbon copies but 'Curb' certainly upped the comedy stakes and added an edge that, and as brilliant as it was, 'Seinfeld' never had. Why is it the American's are just so damn good at comedy?
If you can't do something original, why bother? 
Hopefully, if Curb continues we should get loads of juicy rivalry jokes between the two. I can certainly see some competition and each other upping the stakes.
The thing that stands out though is, I can imagine Seinfeld getting the wrong mix of celebrity guests and spoiling it.

Point taken...and the money too.
I feel kind of torn on this idea. It sounds great, but everyone will compare it to curb and to Seinfeld and so odds seem against it critically. I envisige a UK Office to US Office style situation. No matter how good, people will compare unfavourably.
However as I love Seinfeld's stuff, and find Curb slightly annoying/repetitive I personally can't wait. And it's bound to at least have some audience success.
(Still, it seems a weird move for him.)
