Despite the enmity, I thought I'd post the link to Hayden's quiz. Surely you must know the name of the Rutles' special?
Chortle's trivia quiz
Is there enmity?
Just a "joke". How did you get on?
Too difficult for me.
So you wouldn't know the name of Rutles' second album or the actor who played Egghead in Batman?
Actually I do know the second one, Vincent Price.
Correct. Evolution was the Rutle's second album.

Off topic I know but the Rutles are playing some gigs this year. Margate festival in May for one.
I always really liked Neil Innes.

Met his parents back in the 1980s when they lived somewhere on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and were breeding Irish Wolfhounds.

For those Rutles fans who came in late:
Martin Lewis's anonymously scripted screed against Eric Idle's terrible treatment of Neil Innes:

As for the Chortle quiz. Would be more fun to have checkboxes and multiple choice options or even a "write an answer" checkbox, so could "do" the quiz online and get a score.

Apparently it was Archeology. Maybe Evolution was Spinal Tap's?

Neil Innes was too into his music, Eric is the real comedy song Idol (for me). Kenneth you are a veritable mine of interesting facts, you should do a comedy quiz.*
