Some funny stuff there, like 'sorrow' and 'hot vidz'. I don't know why you chose such depressing music, though. The psychiatrist was very convincing. You must know a lot. 
It would be interesting to know why the patient is in therapy.
Taking a snap of the psychiatrist's lunch, laughing at his Nokia, then posting a selfie with him at the end of the conversation, even though the conversation itself has been completely dysfunctional - those are good gags. And the actor who plays the social media addict does a good job with them, too.
