He's President because he's not a politician.
I read the news today oh boy! Page 1,853
At last, following "Brexit" and now this, the "political classes", together with the "PC brigade" who have increasingly united to override and ignore the wishes of the majority, will have to accept that they will continue to do so at their peril and that the politicians are really there to represent the electorate rather than themselves and their cronies.
Tin 'ats! Tin 'ats! Get yer tin 'ats!
Very small hands.
Putin, Assange, Le Pen, Farage...all smiling this morning.
After that election result I had to cheer myself up with some Joy Division, Ingmar Bergman and Sylvia Plath... Ah, that's better.
I think it was Madonna's promise to give oral to HC voters. She should've at least promised to keep her teeth in.
Apparently there was no news going on anywhere in the world this morning as both breakfast channels went on and on and on and on about this f**king election - and I thought the UK ones were boring shit.
Nice though for the obscenely overpaid presenters to get a free holiday in New York AND get paid for it. F**king money grabbing c**ts.
And when it seemed a foregone conclusion with some twat saying that Hilary had gone to bed with a hot water bottle and a load of tissues, both BBC and ITV chuntered on about diddly squat - what a load of shite.

I agree. But what ever happened to stoicism.
The losers of Brexit and this election will not stop being vocally bitter and treating the majority voters as if they are deluded.
More individuals actually voted for Hillary, it looks like.
They just have a bizarre system.
I don't want to worry anyone but in 1989 when asked if he wanted to be President some day he said (i) he hadn't decided and (ii) everything had gone downhill in the previous 35 years. I have calculated that this places his head in 1954. Joe Stalin has only just died and Russia is still in his image while the Donald is an 8 year old thinking he is Dwight Eisenhower. Also, the BBC has reported Mr Trump has stopped sleeping in the past few months (except for a couple of hours) and - no offence to people with dementia as my father has it - but it does run in the Trump family. I am sure, though, these are all minor matters and the future is so bright that we'll be wearing shades.

It's because 'the majority' of voters are intellectually inferior to them and can't be trusted to decide anything important.

All of the votes haven't been counted yet, but as of now she's ahead by about 160,000 votes out of more than 125 million cast, so it's only a fraction of a percent.
Americans tend to love the electoral college system when it benefits their candidate and they hate it when it doesn't. It's happened 4 or 5 times over the years.
Trump's acceptance speech shows that he can act presidentially.
'Act' being the operative word.
