Well when I say a giant insect cricket, what I really mean is an actor dressed up in a giant insect cricket suit.

Thats my baby. The one with the buck teeth..

I left it's face stuck in a granny smith at Azda, while i went on the (horsey horsey dont you stop). 50p that cost by the way. Anyhoooooooo some bugger stole my baby's ogly mug..GIVE IT BACK TO ME NOW!!! Wave

Are we just in from the pub? :D

I'm always getting my teeth stuck in Grannys.

You've got a very eclectic range ima from surreal to real. I liked the sketch. I think if you want these things to go any where e.g. get produced, you have to weigh up the pros and cons of sketches like these e.g. are they viable. This is an example of something which a producer can get straight away and is cheap. If you have more like this should should send them off to someone.

I like these short sketches. OK, this wasn't huge belly laugh stuff but what the heck, it was still a nice piece.

Oooooooooooops i forgot to say i liked the sketch. Also yes i was just in from the pub.lol

:D Wave

Why don't you use a real giant insect cricket?

Maybe this could be a series of This is Your Lifes with all sorts of similar things - don't know what yet though off-hand.

Glad you liked the sketch anyway Charley and I took a wild guess about the pub, but all evidence points to you as having had a good night! :D

I suppose David that I just like the idea of the camera cutting to a giant cricket sitting in the chair with it's legs crossed and then getting up to receive the red book and maybe even picking up a kid dressed in a baby cricket suit........er, and there's me saying Charley had a good night. Errr

I like it - and I had no idea what was coming.

Make it a real cricket that gets trodden on.

Could work. For those of who remember, that was what 'Not The 9 O'clock News' did with the talking gorilla sketch.
