I made dumplings for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and cooked them in a bamboo steamer.
I think I made the wrappers a bit too thick, but other than that they were pretty good. You can't buy wrappers ANYWHERE round here so I had to make my own.
You can definitely make gluten free ones, I remember seeing them on Pinterest. Maybe you have to add something else to the recipe to make it work.
