The actress who plays Will's mum in The Inbetweeners annoys me because to be frank I think she's a shite actress. I got the same impression from her appearance in The IT Crowd. Totally wooden and lacking any kind of comic value.
I would even go as far to say I think she ruins The IT Crowd because every single other character stands out as zany but she is a weak link. She looks a bit like Koo Stark though so all is forgiven.
