I am tucking into a McVitie's dark chocolate digestive + a Sainsbury's fig roll (or two) + a Jordans Fruesli bar (raisins + hazlenuts) with my coffee.
Fig rolls are rank
And if you open a pack you have about 2 days before they literally turn as hard as concrete

If I open a pack it doesn't last for two days. Two hours max.

That's a myth - just a fig roll of your imagination
Jammy Dodgers are the most overrated biscuits of all time and the thought of Oreos makes me feel sick.
I like those round crunchy creams.
I like these:
I do not like these:
Chocolate has no business being on a biscuit. Like it has no business being in cereal - WTF is that about? If you need confectionery to get breakfast into your children, why not just go whole hog and give them a chuffing ice-cream sundae.
Cereal is cereal and biscuits are biscuits. If you like chocolate, have some chocolate. If I want to combine I will do it myself, and I will also decide whether or not my beans touch my sausages.
Ginger nuts rule for me but they are too hard so Fox's ginger crinkle crunch. The crinkle crunch creams are for hedonists - the sort of people who like chocolate on them too and probably leave their towels on the bathroom floor - filthy hippies.

I don't understand the cult of the Oreo. They look very unappealing. As bad as the cult of the cupcake, which are just bloody glorified fairy buns
No offence to lovely Americans but they really have very odd taste in chocolate. Both Hersheys and Oreos taste disgusting.
. . . and refreshing beverages.
Root Beer. I don't understand how they sell any of that shit.
If I want that flavour I will just swallow mouthwash as at least that might also give me a buzz and make my colon minty fresh too.

Just been trying these - on offer at Sainsbury's a week ago.
Not bad. A bit like chocolate Trackers.
fopdoodle, I don't think I could live without these beauties -

I know I won't convert you, but Sainsbury's ones stay nice and soft (but not soggy). I just seal the end of the pack with parcel tape.

I think I'm the only person who actually really likes rootbeer, I could drink that all day every day and not get sick of it.
As for biscuits it's a toss up between bourbons, mint viscount or those tun nicks caramel wafer thingys, tun nicks teacakes can f**k off though.
There's a place near the Alamo that makes their own root beer and it's quite tasty. Hard (alcoholic) root beer is all the rage these days and I had one last night after the neighbor lady ran out of regular beer. It was ok-ish.
I like Rootbeer, there's something of a f**k you about it. This drink is supposed to taste odd, so there.
I used to write a blog on gourmet sodas for Cyber Candy and the authentic ones were really nice. I think isn't Faygo or Barqs meant to be the best mass produced ones?
That said oreos and twinkies are awful. There is something cringe making about how we venerate your trashiest trash foods.
