Please help me to name the actor of the early 70s

Hi I wonder if you can help me, do any of you know the name of the actor who is wearing the blue football shirt in the distance on the right? His haircut should be a give-away. He was in many programmes in the early 70s. I just need to find his name as he was in a film that was made in Battersea fun fair in 1975 which I am also looking for the name of. The film was made on my dad's Ghost train ride. That remembers the plot was something to do with the robbery and that character came back to the ride to dig up the money. Well something along those lines as dad is very old now and I'm trying to get copy or clip of the film.

That is definitely Porridge The Movie.

I could be wrong but I think John spotted the actor in the movie and took a screenshot to identify him in order to work out the title of a different production.
