Ah yes, but I miss the days when foods like that were only seasonal.

What bit is the tiddle and what bit is the wink? Do they have to be the same colour?

Good point as I have now noticed in the photie that they are playing a green wink with a red tiddle, which makes me think that is a...............
[love using them ]
We need an aficionado to clarify, but I have always assumed (as above) that the tiddle was the big one, which is used to flick the wink, the smaller one and that you only played your matching colour.
This needs some serious consideration.

I've been trying to think if people play it here but we call it something different. I have heard of it but only in English shows.
Don't really care one or the other for Brussel Sprouts but I don't think they are considered part of traditional Christmas lunch here- as they seem to in England going by many of the Christmas specials of TV shows I've seen.
It's not Christmas without them (here)!

Carving a prawn would be quite difficult I would have thought.

I think there are a few things. Some people have prawns and seafood. Others have roast and veg. A lot of people I know buy a shop cooked roast chicken and just cook the veg on day( It is far to hot to be slaving over a roast) or have it with salads.
For dessert I guess it's traditional pudding and brandy custard.
We have cold cuts, salads and bread for Christmas, Boxing day is roast on the bbq, and Christmas pudding and mince pies. We also have mini pies and sausage rolls for Christmas day breakfast. However that may just be our family.

Do you all sit around the table with candles lit and stuff, or is it just too hot. Basically I'm imagining you all perched around a table in bikinis.
(Not because I'm a perv.)
We used to have a pool so Christmas day was spent sitting in there, today we just have a spa so will probably spend some time in there, then to the bar room for the food. we don't have candles but will put up a tree with decoration. Put some lights around the palm tree and listen to Christmas songs.
