Chicken, celeriac and some polenta. No matter how many times I make it or what recipes I try - I can never get the polenta like they serve in restaurants. It seems like something that shouldn't be that hard.
Jacket potato with chicken salsa and sour cream.
Just made some bolognaise with rice cooked into it, will later attempt to stuff it into some cabbage leaves.
I had a craving for lasagna, so I just made this:
