Episodes - Series 4 Page 3
Tonight's finale cemented the fact that Episodes is my favourite comedy that is currently airing. Good, solid jokes all the way through, a nice set up for the next series, and it was great to se more of Carol (in every sense).
Loved the very end scene.
Just watched my recording - excellent!! SO MUCH to look forward to now.

Fantastic episode. A sign that it's well written is that it's full of unpredictable, funny surprises. For me, the big laugh was Helen's ambush of Beverley and Carol's hike.

What will Carol do now? I would say she could work as Tamsin and Stephen's personal assistant or something, but then she'd have to sleep with one of them.

My predictions for next (last?) series are that Matt will be a massive hit with his game show, Sean and Bev's new show will implode (perhaps by their own doing, just to get away once and for all) and Merc will go the same way as Castor...
I am a big fan of this sitcom and this series was great but I felt there was way too many episodes. If the next series has an equal amount of episodes, they could have made three series worth, rather than two.
Great episode (especially when Merc got locked in the box). Maybe in the next series Carol will have an affair with Matt. Lol. Shame that Tim is in charge of Opposites now. And Myra's baby sounded just like her. Series Five will air next year. I wonder what will happen? Maybe another Freinds star will return? Who knows (well, Crane and Klarik do).

Well, I see there were nine, but to be honest I enjoyed it so much it seemed to be over too soon.

Yes, I could easily watch 24 - like the US 'seasons'.
Yeah, Season 4 was definitely the best so far, mostly because it focused more on Matt, and getting to see Merc and Matt's father and mother-in-law again was also great. The only rather weak part was Carol - I mean, seriously, did they really have to make her fall in love and start an affair with her new boss AGAIN? Although it was quite funny when she thought Carol might be in love with Bev. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the next season. It's still not perfect, but it's consistently entertaining and the interaction between the three lead actors is always awesome.
