Ha ha. Flippin heck, 8% is a heavy brew, our IPAs are light refreshing drinks, that was the whole point of them, you don't want to be drinking elephant beer in India's heat. :S

The latest trend is for session IPAs: 4.5-5% beers that you can drink all day. I'm actually drinking something called All Day IPA: 4.7% and lots of flavor and hops.

It's very popular in Britain and is an Italian Peroni lager. Some places have it on tap, which is nice, but it's very strong :$
