My house just shook and everyone here had no idea why. We went outside and all the people from the houses down our road were outside as well, so we reckon we just had an earthquake in Selly Oak, Birmingham!!
It's mental and I'm slightly creeped out!!

I was talking to my gf at the time over 100 miles away and she felt it too.
There's loads of car alarms going off outside!

I felt it pretty damn strong in south Manchester. Never felt one quite that strong before. The whole house really moved.

I had a plumber round today and we were talking about the weather, just complaining that it's sunny one day then snowing the next.
I said well at least we don't get earthquakes and shit, he said yeah fair point.
What happens that very night? It was my fault peeps!!
I felt it as well, here in Liverpool. The last one we had here was in 2002.
Birmingham, Manchester, Hull, Liverpool, and wherever Leevil is! Shit, must've been a pretty big one.
Right, so I've been talking to lots of people, we've got confirmations from Newcastle, Hull, South Lincolnshire, Norwich, Sheffield, Bedford, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester and Leicester. Rumour has it 5.0 on the richter scale, not that I know what that means!
Anyway, it's nice to chat with the neighbours at 1am!
Even better than that, my mate went to toilet at the same time, so I think we've found our epicentre!
Add York to that list.
It hasn't reached London, though I think that's probably down to engineering work.

Actually, according to BBC 5 Live it has been felt in London. I must have missed it or assumed it was just another heavy lorry going by.
Facts so far is it's 4.7 on the Richter scale with the epicentre 30 miles south of Hull.

30 miles south of Hull must be in Lincolnshire, which is where I am originally from! Get in!
Can't be too far from Market Rasen.
This is scary how common were getting these earthquakes now.
Sure there not on the scale of the worldwide earthquakes but still quite scary nonetheless.
