Have just watched that too. Wish they'd feature an ordinary person (i.e. me) for a change, instead of a celebrity who could afford a genealogist. But did enjoy it.

Peaky Blinders is rather full-on, isn't it?

I watched about 10 minutes the other night and it is a bit violent.

Would like to maybe see it right from the start.

It was one of the better ones, but where was Pamela? Seems to be ageing well despite rumours about his health.

"Wish they'd feature an ordinary person (i.e. me)" - Have you also got your 8 records sorted for when you get the call from Desert Island Discs? ;)

Allo allo

Crabtree "you should be grateful the RAF bummers are still farting for freedom"

The episode was very enjoyable, partly because there was in interesting story to tell and partly because Billy himself is an effortlessly engaging screen presence.

I am imagining the keewik episode would be a bit like this:

Crown court

Starring a very young Mark McManus (brilliant actor)

And Diane Keen (possibly the most delicious creature ever to walk the face of the earth)

"It's mudder" - absolutely loved Taggart. Superb series! Fortunately they are available on DVD. :)
