Philip Boa made some very fine post-punk/indie pop during the 80s and 90s (he's still at it). If you can get over the fact he's German then you can enjoy his music just as the music made by bands like Echo & The Bunnymen or The Fall.

Johnnie Walker's Sounds of the 70s - apparently Philip Norman is working on a biog. of Paul McCartney covering the Beatles and Wings period to be published next year - should be interesting..........
