When did the word "disco" come in?

There was a song lyrics magazine from late 1970 called "Disco 45".

That's years before disco music.

Can only think that it must have been in the early 70s - can't remember it being used in the 60s - we used to go to a dance, but I expect someone will have the definitive answer.
