We Angles must stick together.
Omg! Page 3
That's true!
Ah, but if only you were both right.
It's lithp.
The key word in the clue was "speak" so you should have removed "es" from "the lips".
Anyhow, better luck next week.
I don't know who is more enigmatic - you or Marc P.
WHICH reminds me of that old chestnut:-
Well-endowed young girl being examined by a Doctor with a stethoscope:-
Doctor: Big breaths.
Girl: Yeth, and I'm only thixteen.

The Highway Code
Rules for cyclists (79):-
Do not ride across a pelican, puffin or zebra crossing. Dismount and wheel your cycle across.
Most of the crossings where I live are 'toucan crossings', which cyclists can cross while mounted.
Quote: lofthouse @ 5th September 2014, 12:01 PM BSTMost of the ones I see in my way to work don't even cycle on the road
Get off the pavement pal - your not 13 anymore ffs
If there are a lot of parked cars, it make life easier for everyone if slow cyclists hop up onto an empty pavement.
Inconsiderate arseholes in automobiles cause me far more heart attacks as a cyclist than inconsiderate arseholes on bicycles cause me as a motorist. Some perspective please.

Yes, which is why I didn't include it BUT it sets a precedent for abuse of the rest of the crossings.

I like that one.
No enigma. I just tend to walk around a bit. While I owned vehicles from 16 to 32, I've chosen not to drive or cycle since that period. All road users scare the hell out of me whenever I'm ambling along a pavement.
In the early 1980s, I predicted that we wouldn't ultimately get pensions but if by some chance we did we would all be going to get them sitting on a horse. That message, of course, was dismissed by others in the pub but I'm sticking with it. Actually I'd welcome the second part of it if it meant fewer things on wheels.
Ah! A postcard collector - do you have the McGill one:-
"She's a nice girl - doesn't drink, doesn't smoke and only swears when it slips out"
