But as you seem to be the respected referee on this thread (and I have mooted the idea previous), perhaps we should lay down now some basic rules?

Using part words - yup definitely a no no, but the other one that I think needs to be set in stone is the easy and cheap use of "the" and "and".

And maybe the repeat use of a band. For example, in the extreme someone could just keep on using say The Beatles or Elvis- their catalogues could go on for ever!!

I await your "Judgment of Solomon" Old Rocker as I am sure we will then all abide by it. :)
