Me and my brother saw this show about 10 years ago and had lots of laughs, trying to find it with no luck, The only one I remember is a man in a suit who walks up to random people on the street and asks them just the beginning of questions relating to what they are doing , for example he walks up to a guy hailing a can and says " does raising your hand?" And doesn't say anything else, or walks up so someone and says " do people?", the reactions were priceless. Can't remember what it's from

Agree - sounds the sort of loony thing that Dom Joly would have done, although I don't recollect it either.
Yes - I was going to say Dom Joly in one guise or another.
