Am I as funny as I thought?! Page 8

Goldfish are awesome at it.

I think we may be going Cotter length on this thread.

Cotter be careful.

I'm the funny one in the pub

People who claim to be "the funny one in the pub" are never, ever funny.

Not even if they are a bit mad, wacky or zany?

People who claim to be "the funny one in the pub" are never, ever funny.

But they can sure turn a boring night into a great blog post. There's nothing I love more than watching drunken antics at a bar, at least up until it gets physical and then it becomes more dangerous than entertaining.

I've laughed at your jokes at a pub Ben.

You don't need to become a professional comedian or comic writer to prove you're funny. You are just funny or you aren't.

Your friends may laugh at you because they know you. If you were a stranger telling the same joke they may not laugh.

A lot of sitcom writing involves getting the characters and situations right. So other skills apart from funniness are needed.

It's not to prove I'm funny? It's because I no I would enjoy it. Getting on stage in front of a audience making them laugh, who could think of a better job.

Staying home?

I've been off work for The last month after a op and I'm bord out of my mind so staying at home is not really a good choice for me

Only if they're wearing a baseball cap with a propeller on it.

How can you be bored? There is horse racing and golf to bet on.

I've never claimed to be funny though.

I believe that's called polo

Oh yes, they're certainly funny to watch in a tragicomic way, but you're never laughing with them.
