I've had a cold this week - hottest day of the year this week and I couldn't go out and enjoy it. I've got a dental appointment coming up, so it better be gone by then.
I normally feel like I'm drowning whenever I have a procedure done, but not being able to breathe through my nose would be the icing on the cake.

Probably bad. If it happens they will only be about 30 mins away. There is no other family close by and as far as I know they don't know anyone except me in under a 2 hour drive.
