Listening to a chaffinch, which reminds me of a holiday in France in 2000 when a f**king chaffinch woke us every morning at 5 a.m. and continued all day. If I could have climbed the tree I'd have strangled it with bare hands.

So today I bought a colouring book. It's not for a small child, I've discovered colouring in is a good stress relief.

Is it the Benedict Cumberbatch one?

Have you considered drawing?
It might be even more therapeutic to colour your own drawings.
