I've knackered my funny bone writing over the last couple of days so I'm a bit jaded, but I guess the only critism I could give would be that sometimes it seems quite wordy for the amount of jokes in there. I've read so much spoof news that I understand how difficult it can be to be original and I almost get a sense that you are concentrating on being like the other spoof news sites when really the goal is to sound like the real news. i.e.
"The research, carried out by a well-known University department, took over five years of research and has caused a stir in academic circles. The research paper, submitted under the title of Middle Class Noises"
Would the bbc leave out the name of the well known university as part of a factual report? (unless that was part of the joke I didn't get). Good opportunity to inject some reality into your surrealness to give it max spoof effect.
Otherwise good shit. Have you sent anything off to the bigger spoof sites?
