apparently it's a week, I think with eggs it's more there's lots of people with intolerance rather than them being especially unhealthy.
I mean I love them coddled, softboiled, runny yoked and they haven't killed me yet....
Really wish I'd bought a tin of soup at the supermarket earlier. We live and learn!

Yes it was Soreen. I never take butter if I can avoid it. When I was a child I'd have thrown up if forced to eat butter. Nowadays I can eat it to be polite.
I just use Vitalite on everything.
Only ever use butter when I make cakes.
I don't even use butter then. Just Flora.
