Mrs. Brown's Boys - Is the BBC having a laugh?

After hearing all the "hype" over Mrs. Brown's Boys, I decided to give it a watch and see what all this fuss what about, well...

"This is painfully cringeworthy" that is what I said to myself, I just had to hit that power button asap, before my brain self destructed. Is this what really passes for comedy nowadays? Really... come on. How is it funny that an old woman swearing, dropping things, etc?

Any comments are welcome, I would just like to hear of everyone's opinon on Mrs. Brown's Boys. :)

P.S. This is my personal opinion of Mrs. Brown's Boys and does not relate to everyone. :)

It's not the swearing or the "dropping things" that make this programme shit. It's the unispired way these elements are executed. And the lazy and untalented actors. If it wasn't for the cheap sexual innuendoes this how could be mistaken for a children's programme.
The most insulting thing is the fake corpsing to make this show appear spontaneous and loveable.
