I like the film of that. With Keanu Reeves and Denzel Washington. And Emma Thompson. And wotsit.

Kenneth Branagh!
Love that film.
Tate is just barking out the lines - but Beatrice isn't just a sarcastic tongue - she is vulnerable and deeply loyal. She was also hurt very badly by Benedict in the past and that drives her behaviour towards him. None of that is coming out.
Emma Thompson was a great Beatrice.
The first woman(not Emma Thompson) also says things like: "This train is made up of six carriages." so it's quite challenging.
I do prefer Tate in comedy roles rather than straight acting. Although Much Ado is strictly probably one of Shakespeare's 'comedies'.
I agree - although she isn't really getting all she could out of the comedy bits of the role either. However, I am very judgemental.
Plus, I have just completed my tax return, seen the calculation and need a stiff drink!

That is challenging - presumably you'd have to do 1 - 10? Or more? What is the max number of carriages on a Spanish train?
They're not usually as long as British ones, so perhaps eight. You could do them in a variety of dramatic voices.
I might apply for the job. I can't speak Spanish but I can't imagine it's that complicated. Maybe they'll let me do the announcements in English?
I think Emma Thompson's first in line, Jennie. Helen Mirren's also shown interest.
What have they got that I haven't?
An agent.

Very diplomatic.

Oh the horrors of earning 250k per annum!
Moving on, how would you go from your current position to being a QC?

Ben! Poor Jennie just got a knockback in her acting career as a voice-over artist; you'll only depress her further.

I wait 15 years then apply. It costs about £3k to apply so isn't something you do on a whim. You get lots of references etc from judges and then a panel decide.
Not sure if I want to be a silk really. A Judge would be good.
I think Lady Justice Jennie has a nice ring to it.

Ben bought a bargain pair of Wrangler jeans half price at Debenhams today. He can't believe how well he did.
