Residents of Birmingham (Brummies) meanwhile often refer to their Black Country neighbours as "Yam Yams", a reference to the use of "Yow am" (or yow'm) instead of "You are".
Quote: sootyj @ 10th April 2014, 8:43 AM BSTSeveral, I even helped design one.
And they're not that close a match.
The Tarot pack that I have in my hand here, has 4 suites:
Pentacles, Cups, Wands and Swords
Each suite has 14 cards
Ace,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,,9,Page, Knight, Queen, King
So if you take the Pages out, you have a conventional card deck but with different suites from the conventional Hearts, clubs, spades and diamonds.
Then there are the extra 22 cards and these are the ones most often used in fortune telling:
Emperor,Chariot,Fool, Magician, World,Tower,Moon,Empress, Temperance,
Death, The Hanged Man, Justice, High Priest,Judgement,
Hermit, Devil,High Priestess, Lovers,Strength, Sun, Wheel of Fortune.
I think, but I'm not sure, that the other deck that I used to own had that same set of cards.

Although I'm sure Jennie must be familiar with it.
